NV Crémant de Bourgogne Brut, Jean-Charles Boisset, Burgundy
Pale and vibrant in colour, the JCB No. 21 Crémant boasts aromas of citrus fruits, almonds and white flowers on the nose. The palate has refreshing and lifted acidity, coupled with a lovely, rich texture from the lees ageing.

NV Cuvée Brut , Piper-Heidsieck, Champagne
Pale golden in colour. Intense notes of almonds and fresh hazelnuts, with flavours of fresh pear and apple with a delicate hint of citrus.

NV Brut Réserve, Taittinger, Champagne
Aromas of bright citrus fruit, brioche, white flowers and a hint of vanilla. This is a finely balanced wine with crisp fruit and richness on the palate and a long finish.

The wine has a beautiful pale, petal-pink colour. On the nose, it exudes aromas of fresh redcurrants, rose and zesty lemon.

Fresh floral and stone fruit aromas on the nose. Apricot, honey and peach mix with citrus peel and creamy flavours on the palate.

2017 Balassa, Tokaji Aszú, 6 puttonyos
6 Puttonyos Tokaji Aszú are the finest sweet wines in the world. Deep gold colour and a complex, intense nose packed with honey, flowers and rich spiced fruit. The creamy mouthfeel is balanced by gentle acidity, while the rich palate of apricot jam, orange peel, honey and sweet spices culminates in a long dried fruit and floral finish.

NV Ruby Port, Sandeman, Douro, Portugal
Bright aromas of ripe plums and strawberries. The full body and rich ripe flavours are accompanied on the palate by soft juicy tannins and well balanced sweetness.
